Returns and exchanges

We hope you love my products as much as I do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your So Pure Skincare purchase please refer to the instructions and terms below:

You have the right to return a product within 7 working days of receiving it as long as has not been opened or used. If you wish to return our products, please email us prior to doing this and ensure the items are packaged sufficiently to minimise damage during transit. I strongly suggest you return the items via recorded delivery and obtain a proof of posting if sent via normal mail as we are unable to refund/exchange if we do not get the items back or are lost. We are unable to refund the original postage and packing charge.

In the very unlikely event I have sent the wrong item or the item has arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. I will be happy to issue an exchange for the correct product promptly.

I reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if a product appears to be used /opened for hygiene purposes. Any returned items will be inspected before a refund/exchange is actioned. Please note: I do not offer returns or exchanges on samples.

You have the right to cancel your order after it has been placed. Please note most orders are fullfilled and sent out within 24 hours.

I offer help in advising, designing and formulating skincare products you wish to sell to the public. I can help you create natureal and high performnce skincare with lesser used/known ingredients which really work. Unique, freshly made, hand blended products with botanicals and high performance actives your customers will love and want. Prices vary according to the ingredients used and a quote will be provided prior to making and sending your products samples out to you. I also offer a 1-1 product formulation and designs service.

Bespoke facial skincare created for your target audience and based on your Brand USP.
Age specific formulations as skincare needs can change due to hormones & medication.
Custom multi-purpose balms or body oils with high performance natural actives which are clinically proven to work.
Custom facial mask ( including sheet masks) or exfoliants with high performance plant actives.
Gentle Skin wash or hair conditioner for any specific hair/scalp concern.
Advice on how to turn your existing formulation/s in to high performance skincare that customers want.
Plus support with product/ingredient supplier/costings/approved safety assessment advice via email or phone.

Delivery options
Royal mail first class - £3.95 for Mainland UK. Postage outside Mainland UK and rest of the world is now a flat rate of £15. Free delivery on orders over £45 in the UK (mainland) and £120 rest of the world.

Payment methods

We accept PayPal which you can pay using your credit and debit cards online.

Orders outside the EU

Please note you may be subject to custom charges/taxes if you place an order to an address outside the EU. Any charges incurred is the responsibility of the customer. So Pure Skincare are not liable for such charges incurred.
