3 Skincare tips for Autumn

During the cold weather changes the hardest thing to deal with is dehydrated skin. This can apply to all skin types not just dry or mature! :-) Your skin is craving moisture, you might experience tightness or flakiness of skin, lack of glow. You're applying extra but it still doesn't seem to be enough. What should you do? Well, here are my top 4 tips: 1. Cleanse with a non-alcohol based cleanser to remove makeup and dirt while providing moisture to the skin and rinses off clean. After washing, your skin shouldn't feel tight and dry. A cleanser should do more than just clean, it should also also provide vitamins and nutrients. Shiso Micellar Cleansing Oil is perfect.

2.Use a hydrating floral water based toner (Radiance Flower Nectar) after cleansing day and night. Use ingredients such as hyaluronic acid which is known to bind moisture within skin 1000x better than any other anti-aging ingredients.

3. Hydrate with a moisturiser that absorbs into the skin. Don't pick a moisturizer that has a heavy texture. It's all in the ingredients and should absorb quickly, Anti Ageing Serum is perfect.

4.You can then layer one of the facial oils to create a barrier to reduce loss of water. Only a few drops is needed and there is a facial oil to suit every skin condition.
